VEGGIE BURGERS

 

1 lb. 4oz. can Worthington Vegetarian Burger

7 eggs

1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix

¼ cup soy sauce

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let re-hydrate for approximately 30 minutes.

Heat a large frying pan with 3 Tbls. cooking oil. Drop ½ cup of the mixture in medium hot oil and form into a 4” patty with a spoon. Let burger brown on the bottom before turning. Turn patties over and brown. Remove from pan and repeat until all patties are done. Should make about eleven patties.

TIP: Do not fry patties too quickly. You will want the eggs to cook thoroughly.

OPTIONS: Slice Portobello mushrooms and fry until browned. Serve on burger.

SPECIAL SAUCE: ½ mayonnaise ½ catsup
