ELIZABETH’S EASY GRANOLA

 

8 cups whole oats                                                               1 tsp. cinnamon

1 cup whole almonds                                                        1 tsp vanilla

½ cup honey                                                                       dash of salt

¼ cup canola oil

 

DIRECTIONS: In a large bowl toss in all ingredients and blend together. Spray pam in large casserole dish. Pour in granola mix. Bake in 350-degree oven, stirring often, for 30 minutes. Do not overcook. Allow to cool.
