CAESAR SALAD

2 heads Romaine Lettuce washed and chopped

ΒΌ cup red onion slivers

2 cups toasted croutons

 

Creamy Lemon Dressing

1 cup Vegenaise

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

2 Cloves Garlic (minced)

 

DIRECTIONS: To make the croutons cut your favorite bread (sourdough works nicely) into small cubes. Place in a zip lock bag and drizzle olive oil on cubes- seal and toss. Pour onto baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until toasted. Sprinkle with garlic salt. In large bowl, assemble lettuce, onions and croutons then pour on your dressing. Toss gently.
